Threats of WPV and school violence are flying like foul balls

A report by CNN states that more than 50 threats of school violence are received by our schools daily, which is approx. 250 per week. If that average is accurate, then the number of threats and actual violence on school campuses across the country have reached a level of more than3,500 since the first of January. To that end I have removed 200 incidents from the year to date totals so as not reflect all of these.

There is no way to counteract threats in this age of a multitude of social media sites. Even in Parkland Florida, where the shooting that started all of us knee jerking, a social media threat was received on the 20th. It involved a student with a firearm in his waistband and threatening another student on a social media site. You would think…

But without further comment…the incidents I recorded last month.
